There is a death certificate at http://search.labs.familysearch.org/ for a Pedro Martinez who lived at La Mesa (de San Francisco) in Brooks County and died at La Mesa (de San Francisco) on August 7, 1912, at the age of 95. The death certificate was signed by Marcelo Cantu at Encino del Poso. There is a very good possibility this is the deceased Pedro Martinez, and I am assuming such for now.
