Cesario SOLIS was born about 1845. He died between February 9, 1897 and March 17, 1917. He was alive during the Partition of the estate of Juan Longoria on February 9, 1897. He died before March 17, 1917, because his wife, Barbara, was noted as a widow in the Affidavit signed on that date. Barbara and her daughter, Florencia Solis de Castillo, were both noted as widows in the warranty deed. Cesario Solis and Barbara Longoria were first cousins. Barbara was the sister of Leonor Longoria, who married Desiderio Solis, a brother of Cesario. See note for his brother, Desiderio. Parents: Agapito SOLIS Cervantes and Barbara LONGORIA Flores.

Concepcion SOLIS. On page 419, Seabury indicates that Espiridion Longoria was married to Concepcion Solis, whom he indicated to be from the family of Porcion 95. In Porcion 95, Seabury lists only one Concepcion Solis, whom he indicates was married twice: first, to Jose Alexo Vela, and second, to someone whom Seabury did not identify (left the name blank). It is quite possible that this second husband was Espirdion Longoria. I have assumed this to be the case until I find more information.
The death certificate of her son Luis gives her name as Encarnacion Solis, but the death certificate of her other son Epigmenio gives her name as Concepcion Solis. Parents: Candido SOLIS Cervantes and Luisa VELA.

Desiderio SOLIS was born about 1840. He died between February 9, 1897 and March 17, 1917. He was alive during the Partition of the estate of Juan Longoria on February 9, 1897. He died before March 17, 1917, because his wife, Leonor, was noted as a widow in the Affidavit signed on that date. The information provided to Dolores Solis by Leo Solis is probably correct; much of it was verified by Irma Longoria Cavazos, who visited Aminta Zarate and saw a family tree she had which indicated that Desiderio's parents were Agapito Solis and Barbara Longoria. Desiderio Solis and Leonor Longoria were first cousins. Also, see note for his brother Cesario. The two brothers married two sisters, who were their first cousins.
There is a Desiderio Solis Longoria in the cemetery at Grulla; his date of death is indicated to be Dec. 18, 1912. He is in the same burial vault as Leonor Longoria Solis and Prajedis Solis Longoria (died April 24, 1902). Parents: Agapito SOLIS Cervantes and Barbara LONGORIA Flores.
