The second marriage investigation notes that "Juan Joseph Guerra is trying to get out of his promise of marriage to Anna Gertrudis de Yglecias because she was a 'mujer escandolossa' [scandalous woman]. He wanted to get free of her demands so he could be free to marry anyone he chooses." I am assuming they actually married, but more research is needed to determine if they did or not.
