The plaintiff is named as "Concepcion Villarreal Ramirez, et. al."; this indicates that Concepcion's mother's surname was Ramirez. In addition, the legal description of the lands make reference to "the Sabas Villarreal league" in the La Encantada grant, indicating a very probable family relationship between Concepcion and Sabas.
