In both investigations she is noted as being a "doncella", or maiden, indicating she had not been married before. This is either an error or the marriage to Santiago de Treviño was never consummated. It is also possible she was widowed prior to July 4, 1694 although the marriage investigation on that date did not note she was a widow. It is also possible she was divorced or the first marriage had been annulled, although both these possibilities seem unlikely to me.
