Since both Juana and Maria are indicated to be illegitimate children I am assuming that Sebastian Peres Gumendio was married to the elder Elena de la Garza, and that their daughter Elena Perez (aka Elena de la Garza) was the natural mother of both Juana and Maria. Parents: Elena PEREZ (aka Elena de la Garza).

Julian DE LA GARZA Guerra died in June 1836. He was killed on his rancho by Indians. Julian de la Garza Guerra bought Porcion 84 in Camargo from Refugio Vela on May 28, 1818, and also had a 1/5 interest in Porcion 85 (the other 4/5 being owned by his brothers Gregorio, Apolinario, Manuel and Antonio). He left a will dated November 7, 1825, but had at least 4 children after the will was made.
