Ana Maria de AVILA. On the bottom of page 246 of "Index to the Marriage Investigations of the Diocese of Guadalajara" the editors identify Pedro Botello de Morales and Ana Maria de Avila as the parents of Francisco Botello de Morales. The editors also state that Francisco Botello de Morales was married twice: (1) to Juana de la Garza, and (2) Catalina Martinez Guajardo. I have found no information to verify the second marriage and note that Catalina Martinez Guajardo was the name of Juana de la Garza's mother.
Spouse: Capt. Pedro BOTELLO DE MORALES. Capt. Pedro BOTELLO DE MORALES and Ana Maria de AVILA were married. I believe this is the same Pedro Botello de Morales noted in a census of the Villa of Cerralvo (Monterrey) conducted on September 4, 1626, which stated that Pedro Botello de Morales, his wife and children lived in a jacal located behind the house owned by Blas de la Garza and Alonso de Trevino. The jacal was constructed of "carrizo cubierto con zacate", that is of reeds covered with grass. Children were: Captain Francisco BOTELLO DE MORALES, Melchora BOTELLO DE MORALES (aka Juana Botello de Morales).
